Still 800 miles to go<\/strong> for Alberto Bona, Pablo Santurde del Arco and Luca Rosetti in the Transat Qu\u00e9bec Saint-Malo<\/em>. On the strategy front, the class40 IBSA<\/em> continues her pursuit, with the approach to the coast and the resulting currents to be faced<\/strong>. Coming from behind, they may have more wind, so there is a good chance that IBSA <\/em>can hook up with the leading group <\/strong>and put everything back into play. Once again, Ian Lipinski \u2013 who refuses to play a minor role \u2013 is there to shuffle the cards, attempting a new North option from the rear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, the storm of recent days put the fleet to the test and, after the shipwreck of Alberto Riva, yesterday alsoAmbrogio Beccaria with his Alla Grande Pirelli<\/em> was forced to abandon the race after discovering he was taking on water. He is now heading towards the Azores to save the boat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe sun is back! We started catching our breath a little and life on board is back to normal.
