Una question \u00e0 laquelle le team IBSA s&rsquo;est attaqu\u00e9e en pensant avant tout \u00e0 la performance, dans le respect de la jauge Class40 et dans un souci de durabilit\u00e9, comme nous le raconte le skipper Alberto Bona :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La jauge est assez libre. La seule limitation concerne le budget d\u00e9di\u00e9 au pilote automatique et \u00e0 ses composants. On ne peut pas d\u00e9passer un certain montant (30 000 euros, ndlr) pour le pilote principal et tous ses composants. Cela limite la possibilit\u00e9 de monter des boussoles et d&rsquo;autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 haute performance, tels que des syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 fibre optique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le pilote automatique reste le poste principal de consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 <\/strong>\u00e0 bord et pour le faire fonctionner ainsi que toute l&rsquo;instrumentation \u00e9lectronique et l\u2019ordinateur, il doit \u00eatre aliment\u00e9 par le circuit \u00e9lectrique. Pour le stockage, la jauge interdit les piles au lithium. Nous avons des batteries au gel classiques. Pour la production, nous avons mont\u00e9 <strong>quatre panneaux solaires<\/strong> de derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration sur le rouf, ce sont des mod\u00e8les tr\u00e8s performants. Ensuite on a aussi la possibilit\u00e9 de produire de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;<strong>hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9rateur<\/strong> et in fine avec l&rsquo;alternateur du <strong>moteur inboard<\/strong>. Pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, le r\u00e8glement nous oblige \u00e0 avoir au moins 40 litres de gasoil \u00e0 bord.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous partirons donc avec cette r\u00e9serve de gasoil \u00e0 utiliser au cas o\u00f9 en comptant sur les autres sources de production pour recharger les batteries.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il y a eu de nombreux progr\u00e8s en termes d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 bord des bateaux de course et les panneaux solaires &#8211; de plus en plus efficaces &#8211; deviennent une alternative de plus en plus valable comme source principale de production. M\u00eame s&rsquo;ils ne sont pas encore optimaux, les syst\u00e8mes de stockage et les batteries sont \u00e9galement plus performants, \u00e0 tel point que, sur des bateaux de course comme les n\u00f4tres, le poids du pack de batteries devient une variable importante dans l&rsquo;\u00e9quation. Les hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs produisent <strong>une \u00e9nergie super verte<\/strong> \u00e0 condition d&rsquo;accepter de ralentir de 0,1\/0,2 n\u0153uds lorsque vous le faites fonctionner. Ce n&rsquo;est pas si dramatique que \u00e7a \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que on ne les utilise que le temps de recharger le parc (c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire pendant une heure ou deux). Comme syst\u00e8me de secours, il y a l&rsquo;alternative de la pile \u00e0 combustible, une solution que nous avons \u00e9cart\u00e9e sur le Class40 IBSA car c&rsquo;est une source moins verte que les autres et parce qu\u2019elle est redondante avec l&rsquo;alternateur du moteur inboard.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le monde de <em>la course au large<\/em> est de plus en plus <strong>attentif \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019environnement<\/strong>. Ce qui pollue le plus dans notre sport, c&rsquo;est la logistique plus que le bateau lui m\u00eame ou les r\u00e9gates. Le group La Vague, par exemple, est tr\u00e8s actif pour pousser la navigation oc\u00e9anique vers une voie de plus en plus green et durable, et plusieurs skippers et initi\u00e9s ont partag\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur l&rsquo;impact des r\u00e9gates oc\u00e9aniques sur l&rsquo;environnement afin de sensibiliser le public \u00e0 ce sujet.
